A Spiritual message for the Moment

YHWH is One  Yeshua is Lord!                                                                                       

We need the people that run the government of this nation to be passionate about and have sincere intents to serve all of the people of this nation.  They need to be men and women of solid deep rooted integrity.  Job of the Bible was a man who had a great amount of integrity, so much that YHWH himself boasted about him. (Job 31:6 [KJV]) Let me be weighed in an even balance, that God may know mine integrity.

Because the system chosen and developed by the founders of this republic runs parallel with capitalism it must be undergirded and carried by men and women of high morals and integrity.  Knowing that the weakness of power is despotism and the demon of wealth is greed there must be watchmen on the wall.   That watchman was designed to be the balance of powers of the government but that balance has been undermined by the tipping of the scales blatantly by the immoral and untrustworthy.  

Wisdom is a simple concept,  not some highbrow convoluted rhetoric  that no one can understand except the one who is spewing it out. You may even call wisdom “common sense”.  It is obvious.  You can trust a leader who has a wholesome reasonable home life, hasn’t that been the tradition in America?  You can trust someone to manage your business or finances if he has done well and honestly with his own family and business.  So why has American not been true to herself.  Outside of her birth defects (colonization and “the peculiar institution”), the majority of the people have demanded yet not achieving it wholly, integrity and morality from her high officers.  And when they did not get it, the balance of powers leveled the playing field.  If I thought as Hume thought, I would recognize that these individuals who are now running the government are low on the sociability totem pole.  They have few if any notable personal and intimate relationships. This would attest as evidence that these men and women lack any detectable high morals. It seems that all of the bad kids are running the school now. They are running rampage over and through all that is respectable honest and of true and so-called Christian and Christians are condoning it.  Be careful what you condone.  You cannot be unsympathetic to others and be a responsible leader.  Empathy is not in the equation because without that ever important sociable variable present it cannot be achieved.  To serve is to be an warrior in the high moral ability to be selfless.  

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. famously quoted  Theodore Parker,   “The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice.”  These last few years and the next 3 years will have caused the angle in that arc to increase but we must understand that YHWH is always in control.  It doesn’t matter who is in office or what they are doing, YHWH has calculated it in his plan to execute his will and he will be glorified in the end.  So the eternal balance of YHWH evens the scale.  In one pan of the scale is evil principalities and powers in high places and in the other are the prayers of the true believers and their faith in Yeshua. Trusting in YHWH and praying for those in leadership assures the true believers peace of mind, body and spirit. Every person will sow what they reap YHWH is just. (Proverbs 11:1-3 [KJV]) A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight. When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom. The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.
