Protect your mind at all cost

Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (II Corinthians 4:1-4)

How you think affects your whole life.  Thoughts ideas, goals, relationships without a thoughtful reasonable, prayerful foundation and rooted in the truth of the word of YHWH will not lead you on the right path. “Stinkin thinin” or a heart empty the knowledge of YHWH, having your own righteousness causes damage.

The enemy has blinded the minds of many.  This is a direct contrast to the grace of YHWH that gives light and the darkness cannot stand against it. The light will prevail every time and in man’s case he must willingly yield YHWH and allow his goodness to shine on him. YHWH has given man reason and a free will. If man does not use these things he cannot enter the door way of light.  Yeshua is that light that outshines the darkness. The unrepentant cannot see this light. They cannot see the truth and the truth is Yeshua.  “And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. (John 1:5)” As John describes “ the light of the glorious gospel of Christ”.  Blindness means walking in darkness  and unable to avoid the entanglements of the enemy which lead to sin and death.   The mind is the spirit of a man.  It is the place where the true heart resides, the center of his being.  If the mind is blind the heart is blind and it cannot see or experience the goodness of YHWH.  The blinded mind is entangled with the works of the flesh, strivings , frustration and setbacks. If you cannot see YHWH you cannot know him and you will not walk in the light but in the rudiments of darkness. The darkness is sin and the works of the flesh which is enmity against YHWH.  A tree is know by the fruit that it bears and if you cannot see good fruit then the the tree is barren of goodness.  If you are always involved in and don’t have power over strife and frustration, negativity and sickness and issues then you are not walking in the light. Yeshua tells us to walk in the light.  When you choose the light the pathway of righteousness will be clear to you. You will always see light at the end of the tunnel through the eyes of Faith.

The enemy has  captured the minds of many, placed chains on them and deceived them into becoming the servants of sin rather than the servants of YHWH.  Some of the Saints who are not rooted and grounded in Yeshua yield to the flesh allowing things to corrupt their minds, corrupt their spirits allowing the enemy to take root and control their thinking.  This is not something new, it’s an age old tactic of the enemy.  The result of it is false teaching, heresy and apostasy.  The enemy infiltrates and attacks,  disrupting and vexing the spirit on a pathway to defeat.   Places of fellowship and worship are speckled with souls who either portend or think they are walking in the light but are blind, walking in darkness.  Clear evidence of corrupted fruit is rebellion or the inability to receive correction, denying one’s faults and not repenting.   Correction is the Word of YHWH directing you to the light, to victory over all things of the flesh.   “He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. (John 12:40).”  This was the case with the religious Jews who thought they knew YHWH but were following religion and not the Light of life. Being converted = change of direction-about face-turn back.

Those who have chains on their minds cannot see reason,  virtue,  Faith and the knowledge of the Lord  it is locked out. They don’t see you as a new creature, Yeshua being the first fruit creating a new being.  The Holy Spirit tells us through John  that we should be “commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” that is living in moderation, that moderate state, presenting a light filled life in the sight of YHWH. When a repentant clean heart steps out of darkness they will see that you are the redeemed of the Lord.

In my night vision I saw a Black community fenced in, most have fenced themselves in.  There seems to be an invisible boundary around these communities and wicked spirits guarding the gates.  The minds of the people have been manipulated into an evil state captivated by sin and the corruption that comes with it. People fighting like dogs, vitriol bitterness running through their veins, people are angry for no reason.  They have no control over their thoughts and actions. They cannot see the light wanting to draw them to physical mental and spiritual prosperity that is sometimes right in their midst.  Right across the street or a just a block away.  

King David knew how to walk in the light and to break the chains of the enemy.  He expressed the formula for victory in Psalm 19.

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults. Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. (Psalms 19:7-14)

To protect our minds from the attack of the enemy we must do as the Apostle Peter exhorts: “Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (I Peter 1:13).”  To gird is to prepare and to word of YHWH and with the armor of salvation. Like David who knew are to prepare for warfare, find pleasure in the Word of YHWH, study in his presence, pray in his presence, worship in his presence and he will cover you in the time of troubleand temptation. This covering is necessary, it keeps you protected from the wiles of the enemy,
