Don’t focus on the trouble focus on the deliverer
Carefree not Careless - Mildness of Mind
Read Exodus 14
(Proverbs 11:1-3[KJV]) A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight. When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom. The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.
(Philippians 4:5[KJV]) Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand
To Moderate is to regulate or preside over. When you moderate something you measure out or control exactly what you need for the situation like volume on a record player, you regulate the amount of resistance to pull back on or to allow more of it. With a more sophisticated system you can regulate other properties to limit or give more power to frequencies pending the acoustic situation. The root of the word moderation is mode, which relates to manner and relates also to musicin the sense of the way melodies and rhythm make you reflect and feel. (major/minor etc..) A note sung or a chord struck can sound differently depending on the room. Even when sung in a different key, it leaves a signature, an impression. Music written in major chords are mostly bright and given volume to give you a sense of happiness or excitement. Songs in minor chords could generate a sad or melancholy feeling or a sense of love. Most worship songs are written in minor chords. The essence of the thought is how the moderation effects the person hearing and feeling the sound. Music is also vibration making a physical impression. Your behavior and dress elicits a reaction. You make or leave an “impression” (to make a permanent image of something) by your actions or how you look to another person. This is why it is written that a Christian person, in the text specifically a Woman should dress in modest apparel. During that epoch of time Men were not too fashionable but now men can dress as in-moderate as anyone especially taking into account the true meaning of modesty, what you say and wear and how your actions affect others. This is why our words are to be “Savored with Grace”, your whole attitude and life should be savored with grace. That is, flavored with the motion and sound of Love drawing Men and Women to Yeshua and not running them away or drawing them to yourself. The word moral is also associated with manner, character and custom. A person who has has high morals regulates his behavior therefore leaving a positive impression on others. That person exhibits judgment and wisdom.
You should know that in trusting YHWH you already have peace of mind in thought and imagination. You must understand how powerful the imagination is. People have become great in their gift because they believed their imagination(creative power). Many great athletes when they were kids imagined being in the big leagues, drew pictures, wrote down their dream and stayed with it to become what they are now. Some people have done wicked things like the people who are running the government these days. It’s like all of the bad kids are running things. But they imagined what they would do if they were to get into a leveraged position and now they are executing it. YHWH warned of this in (Psalms 2:1-3 [KJV]) Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. Sounds like what is happening today but we rest assured in the promises of YHWH. He will panic the enemy, he will trouble those that trouble you. He will confuse those that confuse you and he will give you rest.
You should have complete control of mind body and spirit.
Mind
(Philippians 4:8 [KJV]) Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things
(I Peter 1:13[KJV]) Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
(Isaiah 26:3-4[KJV]) Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
Body
(I Corinthians 6:18-20 [KJV]) Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own; For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Spirit
(Proverbs 25:28 [KJV]) He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.
People have developed ways to cope, some use meditation, some quote different sayings, some do yoga, working out in the gym. Some quote “The serenity Prayer”
O God, give us the serenity to accept what cannot be changed, the courage to change what can be changed, and the wisdom to know the one from the other.[9]
If you are a born again believer, you have the power in you to cope in any situation. The power of the Rauch HaKodeshis real. It is YHWHin Spirit dwelling in you. The same power that imaged you in eternity past and executed the creation of all things. Just trust in him. Trust in him and be of Good courage, strong courage, faithful courage, knowledgeable courage.
Don’t panic worry or act rashly because the present circumstances may look grim. Recognize that YHWH is always in control. Trials and tribulations should actuate the power of the Holy Spirit in you who will lead and guide you into all truth. Those who are born of his Spirit and who walk in Faith are energized by the fruit of patience and meekness in the time of trouble. When trying times come, you know to hush and be still. Acknowledge YHWH and he will guide you through in peace to the land of prosperity(mind body and spirit, health and wealth).
When the Israelite were in between Pharaoh's army and the red sea Moses commanded them to stand still. Those who did not know YHWH, did not know how to trust him, (they heard of him and his works through the ancients) feared panicked and complained. Moshe said “don’t be afraid! Stand fast and See
Winds may blow-Storms may rise The word of YHWH is poetry
Billows may roll-Breakers may dash and his love is a song to you
But I will trust in the Lord
And he will see me through
