The Nature of Man

The Prophet Isaiah acknowledged that he was unclean in the site of the Almighty and proclaimed (Isaiah 6:5 [KJV]) Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.

(II Timothy 3:12-14 [KJV]) Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;  

The nature of fallen men, the unregenerate and also the religious person has veered from his original course by  selfish acts and  carnal acts of leaders who don’t lead by the strict adherence of  the precepts laid out in the tenets of justice, love, humanity and the word of YHWH. It is simply the work of the enemy who desires to sift men as wheat, to kill steal and destroy any virtue of men and to divert their tract to godliness. When men are not filled with the Spirit of YHWH the Ruach Hakodesh, he is easily beset from the righteous path to the doorway of Heaven. People have digressed spiritually  morally and steadily over time.  Just as rust corrodes and degrades metal.  Denying, disobedience and turning to evil corrupts the souls of men. It is initialized by the oposser of men but when men don’t study to show themselves approved  unto YHWH “(II Timothy 2:15[KJV]) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”, these become self inflicting wounds. It’s called backsliding in the Church when the saints slide away from towing the line of the truth.   The world is falling into a state of chaos that will look like peace.

Animals live by instinct, a wisdom of sorts hard coded into their DNA.  This is their natural way but men in their distortion pervert the nature of animals and have perverted the natural way of the earth and the atmosphere, even the air in which we breathe.  Natural men live by intellect and unnatural men are unclean and corrupt.  The redeemed man washed in the blood of Yeshua lives by the Ruach HaKodesh.  YHWHinstructed Adam to take care of the garden. (Genesis 2:15[KJV]) And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.  Man was commissioned to care for the earth and not to destroy it.

Many people today believe lies  rather than the truth because of the spirit of lies and delusion that prevails in this epoch.  They accept the lies in their heart because they believe the end justifies the means but if the former is false then the result is false. They  choose their selfish needs and wants instead of choosing what is right. Making decisions that will help them and theirs, pushing down those who are in need.

Paul stated that there will be a  “falling away” at the advent of the son of perdition meaning that people will have moved in great numbers to  a state of unbelief  having  moved away from YHWH, away from faith, away from the  natural self. Without natural affection, hardhearted even to family, unsympathetic and uncaring for the well being of others.  And with vile affection, dishonorable and shameful.  This is all unnatural behavior. II Timothy 3:3a. (Matthew 24:12 [KJV]) And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.  Iniquity is self righteous sin.  When ove is lost in men and women  it is evidenced by their harsh inhumane treatment of others. Love is lost in religious institutions and evidenced by their lust for position,  prosperity and the their discrimination of others because of the doctrinesof men.  They become judgmental of others especially outside of their denomination. Sunday is the most segregated time in America not only by ethnicity but also by denomination. Doesn’t that make you wonder?

Unnatural can be an out of control state. Losing all sense of dignity morality, sensibility and beyond.

Spiritually unclean.  It is unnatural for man to be animistic in character and dispositions. Vulgar is speech and action. Nasty.

(Romans 1:26-31[KJV]) For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

Not until man is reborn , is he made clean.  Many spiritual minded cultures understand that man in his fallen state is unclean, wretched is the flesh, before YHWH. They have systems or rituals of purification in an attempt to rectify the condition.  The way to become spiritually clean is to believe in Yeshua, repent and be baptized in the word of Yeshua and the in the Holy Spirit. (Titus 3:5-6 [KJV]) Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;. We must go even beyond “the natural” into the spiritual, things that are of Faith and obedience to YHWH. The humble walks lightly in the earth  out of reverence to YHWH, not proud and boastful knowing that YHWHis pure and Holy.

(I Corinthians 2:12-14 [KJV]) Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God;  that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the thin  gs of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.  

(Psalms 24:3-4[KJV]) Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.  

In the text above Paul tells Timothy “But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; “  Don’t stray from the tenets of wisdom that comes from Yeshua.  Drive forward and look forward to the  promises of YHWH.  The diligent runner keeps his form despite fatigue or the atmospheric conditions or pain, he looks forward always not losing his faith even when he hears the footsteps of his opponent.  He reaches for that inner strength attained through the discipline of his training, relies on that and drives through the finish line victorious.  We are to do the same in the Spirit, keep looking to Yeshua the author and finisher of our Faith.  We have help in the comforter, never look back on the past or never be beset by stumbling blocks, trust that YHWH will destroy them and you will remain an over comer in Yeshua!
